Built around the ideology of reciprocity and balance, Ayni Brigade feels just as strongly about giving back as we do about our work. To that end, we constantly seek out worthwhile and relevant ways to give back. When the opportunity to work with Operation Gratitude first presented itself, our team members organized a letter-writing campaign to draw attention to the important work that Operation Gratitude does. Working tirelessly to provide deployed service members with a little piece of home, Operation Gratitude has sent more than 3 million care packages, letters, and much-needed supplies to those fighting for our freedoms overseas.
The entire company was eager to contribute, and virtually everyone wrote heartfelt letters, speaking from their personal experiences and from a place of sincere gratitude.
Working within an organization that values the sacrifices that our service members make every day is incredibly fulfilling. Our team is always looking for new ways to get involved. And being a part of a group of individuals who not only strive to create groundbreaking campaigns but also encourage one another to be the best they can be outside of work is what makes Ayni Brigade so unique and such a force.
