Wrapping Q2 with a bang, we snagged 4 Healthcare Ad Awards for our recent St. Joseph’s Health work: two Golds for “This Is Nursing,” and two Silvers for “Persistence Pays Off.”
Our “This Is Nursing” campaign addressed the nursing drought head-on and tapped into the core drivers of St. Joseph’s Health nurses. Autonomy at the bedside and career growth – those were the pulse points. We spun their words and experiences into a compelling recruitment campaign. The passion these LPNs and RNs have for their profession? Electric. The result? St. Joseph’s Health breezed past its hiring targets.
We also launched “Persistence Pays Off,”— a cheeky campaign nudging folks to reclaim their health post-COVID, rallying them to St. Joseph’s Health for those all-important annual check-ups. Because, hey—health matters!
